Process

With McDonald’s as the sponsor, the design subtly referenced their brand identity—incorporating elements like color and typography in a way that felt intentional but never overpowering. A parallax scrolling experience added depth to the page, allowing text, quotes, and photography to move with the user and create a more immersive, editorial feel.

Wireframes

To shape the user experience, we created scrollable wireframe prototypes in Figma that mapped out the full flow of the page. These prototypes made it easier to present ideas clearly, spark conversations with the client, and fine-tune both structure and story early on. They also became a flexible space for collaboration—helping us quickly test layout options, rearrange content, and make edits as the narrative evolved.

The Outcome:

The result was an experience that felt both visually distinct and editorially rich—something that stood apart from standard sponsored content sites. The objective was to bring the design and storytelling together in a more seamless experience, with every scroll revealing new layers of the narrative through movement, imagery, and thoughtful pacing. It gave the content a more natural flow, framing a more engaging way for audiences to connect with the story and photography.
