UI Design / Figma Design System
Prealze / Website + Design System

The Brief:
This project came with a unique set of challenges. Prealize, a leader in AI-driven predictive analytics for healthcare, needed a site that highlighted the sophistication of their technology and science—without feeling like a wall of charts and statistics. With a large group of stakeholders and a significant amount of content to organize and refine, gaining alignment took time. On top of that, the entire design had to work seamlessly within their WordPress CMS, giving them the flexibility to update and expand the site long-term.

Process
The biggest hurdle was content strategy. With so many voices involved, it quickly became clear we needed a better way to guide decisions around what belonged on the site—and how much of it. Over several months, we worked closely with the client to shape content that was both clear and digestible. To help bridge the gap between content and design, we created editable wireframes, allowing the team to input real content and immediately see how it impacted layout and usability. This hands-on approach helped streamline decisions and kept things grounded in what would actually work on the page.

Design System
As the project evolved, so did the creative direction. To keep up with shifting feedback and changing priorities, we built a flexible, systematized design foundation in Figma. This made it easier to explore new directions quickly and maintain consistency across the board. It also meant that when it came time for development, all the variables, values, and styles were already defined—making handoff more efficient and reducing guesswork for the dev team.

The Outcome:
Despite a complicated process and plenty of curveballs, the project delivered. The final design shifted significantly from where we started, but the outcome balanced technical credibility with a more approachable tone—while staying editable and scalable within their CMS. It was a reminder that even the most challenging projects can succeed with the right tools, flexibility, and collaboration.
